The center relying on the Changzhou University (former Jiangsu Polytechnic University). The Changzhou University, founded in 1978, is the provincial full-time university.It has officially named as the Jiangsu Institute of Chemical Technology, addressing Changzhou since approved by the State Council in 1981. The university has the staff of 1298 people, including 885 full-time teachers, 408 senior professional and technical positions (Professor, 121), 638 master's degrees or above (Dr 193). In recent years, under the Provincial Department of Education's support, the level of scientific research is increasing to a higher level.
